Drop in PDF statements, scans or phone photos from any bank. OmniFinance reads every row, checks that each running balance adds up, and exports to Excel, CSV, Xero or QuickBooks.
What it does
Any bank, any layout
PDFs, scans and phone photos in any orientation, and bank data files read exactly: OFX, QFX, QBO, SWIFT MT940, ISO 20022 CAMT.052, 053 and 054, and CSV or Excel exports in any language.
Checked before it says reconciled
Every running balance is checked, opening plus movements must equal closing, and the totals printed on the statement must match. Each row that adds up gets a tick.
Exports that keep working
Excel with live reconciliation formulas, CSV, Xero, QuickBooks and JSON. Combine several statements in date order, with continuity and duplicate checks.
Stays on your PC
The engine listens only on your own computer. Nothing is sent anywhere unless you switch on the optional Claude connection, and you can choose local only.
Learns your banks
When a new layout is solved, OmniFinance remembers its columns, so the next statement from that bank is read offline.
Ready for a whole office
Twelve interface languages, NVIDIA graphics cards for faster scans, and silent installs to many PCs with locked settings, through Intune or winget.

What you need
- Windows 10 or later, 64-bit
- The GPU edition, for PCs with NVIDIA graphics cards, is a 1.8 GB installer: ask and we send it
- Optional: an Anthropic API key for the Claude connection; without one, everything runs locally
Questions
Does it send my clients' statements anywhere?
No. Uploads, results, settings and what it learns stay in the app's folder on your PC, and the engine only listens on that PC. If you switch on the Claude connection, the pages you choose are sent to Anthropic, and those runs are marked "Claude" in History.
What if a statement does not balance?
It is not marked reconciled. You open it, see which rows fail, click a row to see where it sits on the page, and correct the cell.
Can IT install it on every PC?
Yes. The installer has silent switches and a machine policy file for default and locked settings, with Intune detection and winget manifests in the deployment kit.
