What it does
One count of deadlines
Home, Deadlines, Calendar, Forecast, Reports and the client file all show the same deadlines, and Companies House is checked every day.
References that check themselves
A UTR, VAT number or PAYE reference that fails its check is kept as typed and flagged on the client file until it is put right.
Billing and records
Invoices, work in progress, HMRC submissions and AML checks, all editable after they are made, and one screen for messages, calls and meetings.
Risk and forecast
Every client scored, with the reasons, and a forecast of deadlines, work and money for the months ahead.
An assistant that stays in the office
The AI assistant runs on your own computer through Ollama: nothing you ask, and nothing it reads, leaves the machine. It can be wrong, and it says so.
Locked down
An encrypted database, scheduled backups with restore, a sealed audit log, sign-in history, roles for your team and sign-out after idle time.

Where is our data kept?
On the practice's own computers, in an encrypted database with scheduled backups. Nothing is kept in the cloud.
What happens after the 60 days?
Enter the firm's licence key and carry on. Without one, the app becomes read-only after 3 days' grace: records stay viewable and exportable, and nothing is deleted.
Can we bring our existing records?
Yes. The setup wizard imports a practice's workbook.
